State laws prohibit the direct shipment of wine in certain states. Thankfully, many states have recently become more friendly to online wine sales and new legislation may open more opportunities, so check back or contact us with questions about receiving wine shipments from Crown Point Vineyards. Please note orders shipped to the East Coast via ground may take 12-17 days for delivery.
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Utah. We use Compli-beverage to check to insure our orders are compliant.
Shipping carriers require an adult signature (21 and over) upon receipt of wine. In the event of a returned package, your credit card will be re-charged for shipping and the wine will be re-sent unless otherwise requested.
Sales tax will be charged based on the county and state where the shipment is made/received. We use tax tables based on zones to cover the minimum tax we need to pay, in some cases the customer may be paying less than the tax we pay.
Crown Point Vineyards will work on your behalf in the event the wine shipment is damaged in transit by the responsible shipping company.
Orders may be cancelled 24 hours prior to shipment. Please contact us directly with any questions. However, once orders are shipped, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
We want to ensure that the integrity of your wine is not compromised during transit. If you are concerned about extreme cold or warm temperatures in your area, we will hold your shipment until the weather moderates. Please contact us at (805) 693-9300 or send an email to info@crownpointvineyards.com to let us know your preferred shipment date.
