Crown Point extra virgin olive oil is sourced exclusively from the olive trees lining the paths and vineyard blocks on the estate.
The olives are picked in late-November when they have colored into an equal mix of green, red and black fruit, resulting in an oil that is green-gold in color, full-flavored and light on the palate.
Harvested by hand and artisanally crafted at a mill less than a half-mile from the vineyards, this oil expresses the character of the estate, and the blend is unique to Crown Point.
